Terms & Conditions

Service Areas and Delivery

We service the following areas for delivery and set up: Brampton, Toronto, Etobicoke, Woodbridge, Vaughan, Maple, Brampton and Richmond Hill. Delivery fees range from 60-120 dollars.
Customers can pick up and drop off.

Terms and Conditions

Our focus is to provide our customer with the best service and make the rental process simple. Allowing you time to focus on planning your special event. To smooth-line the rental process, we ask that you review the following terms and conditions:

There will be no refunds or discounts after equipments have been delivered or picked up.

 

Full payment is due within 72 hours of pick up or delivery.


Booking and Damage Fee

The customer is responsible for the items from the time to pick up and drop off and up to the time of inspection. The customer is required to return the items in the original condition, excluding any wear and tear. Please ensure that all equipment(s) are protected from the weather including the packaging. The customer will be liable for any damaged, replacement or lost items.

A $50 deposit is required to confirm your reservation, and will be held until inspection and is non-refundable if booking is cancelled 5 days prior to the event. If a reservation is made less than 3 days prior to the event, the full rental amount is due upon booking.

Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE if there are damages to the equipment(s); and any additional repair or replacement fee will be added.

If there are no damages to the items upon return, the deposit will be returned to the original method of payment within 72 hours of inspection.

 

Changes can be made to your booking up to 4 days prior to the event. A request for new items does not guarantee availability. Cancellations two days prior to the event are subject to a cancellation fee of 50%. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event will be subject to 100% of the rental contract. However, Winesa can attempt to reschedule for another available date.

Damage and Replacement of Equipment(s)

A repair fee will be charged to repair any damage made to the equipment(s).

A FULL replacement fee will be charged to replace any damaged equipment(s) that could no longer be repaired or rented.

No loss or damages to any items will be covered by Winesa.

Unused equipment(s) are charged at a 100% rental fee once in the possession of the customer and the rental fee will be NON-REFUNDABLE.

Set Up & Cleanliness of Our Equipment(s)

 

Every item unused or used that leaves the premises will be cleaned and treated.

Cleanliness of our equipment(s) and your safety is our top priority. By adhering to these rules, we can ensure that the equipment(s) are enjoyed by all in a safe and clean environment.

Please ensure that the set up area is free of debris, sharp objects, toys, dog feces and garbage prior to set up. Inflatable equipment(s) should not be set up on concrete,  gravel or dirt. The surface must be flat and clear of all debris.  Please remove any grass, mud or debris from inside the bouncy castle before deflating.

Rules

To maintain the integrity of the equipment(s) we have established the following rules:

  • No food, gum or drinks are allowed inside the castle or play area.

  • Silly string are prohibited in play area or bouncy castle.

  • Clothing and accessories with sharp edges should not be worn on inflatable equipment(s).

  • Shoes are not permitted.

  • Adult supervision required at all times. The Host is required to enforce the rules at all times.

  • No sharp object in or around play area or on inflatable equipment(s).

 

Payment options: E-transfer or cash.
